Fireplace Refresh

This couple was ready to update their existing fireplace. They wanted a lighter, more modern that allowed them to enjoy the warmth of a fireplace with a sleek, easy to clean surface. They decided to switch from the traditional gas fireplace to an electric model.

We’re proud to highlight a unique feature of our recent project: this custom hearth and mantle were handcrafted from wood salvaged from fallen trees during the 2021 derecho. As you may recall, Cedar Rapids was severely impacted, losing nearly 65% of its tree canopy. We're committed to ensuring that this precious wood doesn't go to waste and is repurposed into something beautiful and lasting. We enjoy creating meaningful stories with you in your most cherished space: your home.
